Zil Pasyon, Seychelles

Zil Pasyon is the Creole for “Isle of Passion”.

It is located on a privately owned island in the Seychelles, known as Felicite Island. The Seychelles, a collection of islands in the Indian Ocean, just off the coast of Africa, has only just become available to foreign investors; it offers a safe environment with tax advantages, national residency, economic and political stability.

Zil Pasyon is being developed by a consortium of local and international investors including the award winning PER Aquum Resorts, Spas & Residences. Villa owners on Zil Pasyon will have full ownership and the opportunity to join a rental programme.

The project architect, Richard Hywel Evans, will be creating an exclusive resort with just 28 private villas and 35 premium resort villas. The private villas will be designed to blend into their natural surroundings and to take advantage of the stunning views. They will be built in keeping with Per Aquum's commitment to minimise the impact on the environment and will enjoy all the resort amenities.

Villa owners on Zil Pasyon will enjoy privacy as well as such privileges as a private helicopter pad, butler service, a dedicated concierge service and on-site property maintenance.  The resort amenities available to villa owners will include tennis courts, a water sports centre with infinity swimming pools, and fine dining.  The Rock Wine Cave will be the first of its kind, built into the natural rock surroundings it will be available for wine tastings and private dinners.
