You’re Buying a Signed Limited Edition of an Artist’s Work – Stunning Residences
This unique idea has been executed by 23 of Europe’s finest architects. Among them is leading British architect David Chipperfield, renowned Portuguese architect Carrilho da Graca and Alvaro Siza Viera, the Norman Foster of Portuguese architecture. This outstanding group of individuals were given complete freedom to make the best use of land for their designs, with one stipulation – all houses must have green, grass-covered roof, to harmonise the verdant resort and to conserve energy.

The villas are three, four and five bedroom. Swimming pool and landscaping are optional. All construction must be started not later than 2009. The developer believes that by end of 2009, 80% of the development will be completed.
The townhouses are sets of houses in a single lot, sharing a large garden area and swimming pool. With a maximum of two floors, the houses are all covered in greenery and have private courtyards and a private garden area. The townhouses are one, two or three bedroom houses, some with covered parking or a private garage.

Bom Sucesso is located in Óbidos, Portugal, in the West Region – The Silver Coast, on the banks of the Óbidos lagoon, near the beach and approximately 50 minutes away from Lisbon.
